Wow! It’s a Humog! Very rare beast indeed, great capture!
These creatures only inhabit extremely warm regions. Humogs were thought extinct for many decades but lately a sighting of an adult female swimming across Florida’s Crystal River with an entire litter of humups following close behind proved their continued existence. Humog’s diet consists mainly of steak, preferable rare although they have been known to raid the occasional barbeque pit (Sonny’s) when steak is not readily available. Being more prolific that people (larger litters) and with increased global warming it is thought that they may become the next dominate species to inhabit the earth.
A quick Google search revealed the proper Latin name for your creature is Homo Canine Reclineacus so named for the shared human and dog features and the fact that it spends much of its time in the recumbent position :)

It's a type of Cowdog creature from the planet Zunar.
It's only predators are the Chupacabra and Yeti...oh yeah, and the infamous "pigman".
